Busy days

Today has been a busy day. What is my limit?

So new  interval cardio session today…
And got up to a maximum HR of 202 bpm per minute. Last week I discovered that I didn’t have a max HR of 200 bpm as I reached 201… well seems like my max HR is even higher than that.
