18th…

32 girls at the stage and I ended up on a shared 18th place. I am happy with the result and know what I need to do to climb on that list… train hard, eat a lot and leave enough time for rest too so my body is able to pack on some more muscles [...]

Woke up after 1,5 hour sleep, ate some more ricecakes… and now I have a hard time sleeping again.
I am so thirsty! This logotype is moving around in my head constantly:

But honestly I would be more than happy with a glass of water…or hundread.

Less water…more rice

At 10 a.m. Fitnessfestivalen 2008 is opening. I am looking forward to it! I’ll spend some time at the expo between resting, eating rice and getting my colour done. Reducing the water now and eating lots of rice. Around 2 p.m. I’ll remove the water completely and only eat ricecakes until around 11.15 a.m. tomorrow [...]

Improvements
