ders on todays strength training agenda and I added couple of sets of seated one arm dumbbell presses.
How could I forget this excersise? It deserves to be elected as the favorite of the day.
I mostly do both arms at the same time but sometimes it’s nice doing one arm at the time, felt right on spot for my delts today.
